• 3 gârlïc cloves, mïnced or pressed

• 1/2 teâspoon Itâlïân seâsonïng
• 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
• 1/4 teâspoon pepper
• 1 jâr (24 oz) spâghettï sâuce
• 1 contâïner (24 ounces) 4% cottâge cheese
• 2 lârge eggs, lïghtly beâten
• 1/3 cup grâted Pârmesân cheese
• 2 tâblespoons drïed pârsley flâkes
• 2-3 cups shredded mozzârellâ cheese, dïvïded
• 6-8 slïces provolone cheese
• 1 box (16 oz) medïum pâstâ shells, cooked ând drâïned

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb leân ground beef

• 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
• 1/4 teâspoon pepper
• 1 jâr (24 oz) spâghettï sâuce

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heât oven to 325 degrees. Sprây â 9x13 bâkïng dïsh wïth cookïng sprây. Set âsïde.
2. In â lârge skïllet pân, cook ground beef, onïon, ând gârlïc untïl beef ïs no longer pïnk. Drâïn ând return to skïllet. Add the bâsïl, Itâlïân seâsonïng, sâlt, pepper, ând jâr of spâghettï sâuce. Mïx together ând brïng to â low boïl, reduce heât to medïum low ând let sïmmer for âbout 10-15 mïnutes whïle the pâstâ cooks.
3. Cook pâstâ âccordïng to pâckâge dïrectïons. Don't forget to sâlt the wâter.
4. In â lârge mïxïng bowl, combïne cottâge cheese, lïghtly beâten eggs, pârmesân cheese, pârsley flâkes, ând 2 cups of the mozzârellâ cheese. Stïr together.
5. When pâstâ ïs done, drâïn ït ând ïmmedïâtely âdd to the bowl of cheese mïxture. Stïr to mâke sure the noodles âre coâted. Pour ïnto your prepâred bâkïng dïsh ând evenly spreâd ït out.
6. Dump the meât mïxture on top of the noodles ând spreâd ït out evenly. Top wïth the slïces of provolone cheese.
7. Cover wïth tïn foïl (sprây the sïde of tïn foïl thât touches the food wïth cookïng sprây to prevent stïckïng). Cook for 45 mïnutes.
8. Sprïnkle wïth remâïnïng 1 cup mozzârellâ cheese ând bâke, uncovered for 10 mïnutes. Let stând for 10 mïnutes before servïng.
