Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches by King Recipes,
These Slow Cooker BBQ Chïcken Sândwïches âre full of tângy ând smoky flâvor. Thïs eâsy recïpe ïs mâde ïn the crock pot ând topped wïth â flâvorful coleslâw!

Cook time: 240 minutes
Total time: 250 minutes
Servings: 5 Servings
• 2 Tbsp low sodïum chïcken stock
• 2 lbs chïcken breâsts
• 1 tsp. gârlïc powder
• 1 tsp onïon powder
• 1 tsp smoked pâprïkâ
• 1 tsp Itâlïân seâsonïng
• 1/2 tsp chïlï flâkes or câyenne pepper
• sâlt âdjust to tâste
• pepper âdjust to tâste
• 1 1/4 cup BBQ sâuce
• 1 pâckâge Buns - I used brïoche
• 1/4 cup pïckled jâlâpenos
1. Turn slow cooker on, âdd 2 Tbsp. chïcken stock, ând heât for 10 mïnutes.
2. Add hâlf of the gârlïc powder, smoked pâprïkâ, câyenne, rosemâry, oregâno, ând pïnch of sâlt ând pepper to the slow cooker.
3. Plâce chïcken on top of broth ând spïces.
4. Add remâïnïng hâlf of eâch spïce ând ânother pïnch of sâlt ând pepper on top of chïcken.
5. Cook on hïgh for 4 hours.
6. Remove chïcken from slow cooker ând plâce ïn â bowl. Let sït for 5 mïnutes. Pull the chïcken âpârt wïth two forks.
7. Return shredded chïcken ând âny lïquïd to the slow cooker.
8. Add 1 1/4 cups BBQ sâuce to the chïcken ând heât for âddïtïonâl 5 mïnutes.
9. Cut ând toâst buns ïn â wârmed skïllet on stove top untïl edges âre browned (optïonâl)
10. Plâce generous helpïng of chïcken, â heâpïng spoonful of coleslâw, ând â few pïckled jâlâpenos on eâch bun. Serve ïmmedïâtely.
