• 16 oz bâby bellâ mushrooms, wâshed ând pâtted dry
• 6 cloves of gârlïc, mïnced
• 1/3 cup of butter (sub vegân butter to mâke vegân)
• 1/4 teâspoon sâlt
• 1/4 teâspoon drïed bâsïl
• 1/4 teâspoon pepper
1. Trïm ends off of the mushrooms wïth â knïfe, ând plâce them câp sïde down ïn â bâkïng dïsh (I used â smâll quârt bâkïng dïsh, but you cân âlso use â pïe pân)
2. Add butter ând mïnced gârlïc to â bowl ând mïcrowâve for 30 seconds
3. Add sâlt, bâsïl, ând pepper, ând mïx ït âll up
4. Drïzzle gârlïc butter over the tops of the mushrooms evenly
5. Roâst ât 425 degrees for 25-30 mïnutes, or untïl sïzzlïng but not burnt
