• 1/3 cûp dïcëd whïtë ònïòn
• 1/2 tëàspòòn drïëd màrjòràm
• 1/2 tëàspòòn drïëd tàrràgòn
• 1 tëàspòòn sëà sàlt
• 1/8 tëàspòòn gròûnd blàck pëppër
• 1/4 cûp chòppëd pëcàns
• scàllïòn, slïcëd fòr gàrnïsh (òptïònàl)
1. Usë à 3 1/2 tò 4 qûàrt slòw còòkër
2. Plàcë àll òf thë bròth, wïld rïcë blënd, càrròt, mûshròòms, dàïry frëë bûttër, tàmàrï, ònïòn, màrjòràm, tàrràgòn, sàlt ànd pëppër ïn thë slòw còòkër.
3. Tûrn tò lòw 5-6 hòûrs.
4. Stïr ïn pëcàns.
5. Còvër ànd lët stànd 10 mïnûtës.
